CLEARER EVIDENCE FOR SCHOOL DECISIONS

SERVICES

Practical analysis for school leaders

Choose the question that matters now. Each engagement defines the inputs, deliverables and limits before the work begins.

Enrollment measurement

Your question: How many students actually entered, returned or moved between programs?

What you receive: Agreed definitions, a reconciled enrollment baseline where the evidence supports it, and an explanation of missing history or unresolved cases. The work can include midyear entry, later withdrawals and grade or division at entry.

Admissions reporting

Your question: Where are families moving forward or leaving the process?

What you receive: A clearly defined view of inquiries, applications and subsequent stages, with dates and counting rules that make comparisons meaningful. Bookings, attended tours, acceptance and actual enrollment remain separate measures.

Retention and transitions

Your question: Who returns, who leaves and where do transitions deserve attention?

What you receive: Cohort and transition analysis with clear denominators, known and unknown reasons, and questions for staff follow-up. Patterns guide investigation; they do not establish a family’s reasons by themselves.

Conflicting-report reconciliation

Your question: Why do two reports disagree?

What you receive: A documented comparison of populations, dates, statuses and counting units, with explained differences and unresolved exceptions. Where an existing report or supported vendor query is sufficient, that becomes the recommendation.

Repeatable reporting and staff training

Your question: Can our team produce and explain this reliably next time?

What you receive: A reusable reporting process, definitions, checks, operating instructions and hands-on training. Any new automation, hosting or ongoing support is separately scoped, including responsibilities and costs.

When the evidence has limits

Historical gaps, inconsistent definitions or unavailable identifiers can limit an answer. We identify those limits and the smallest useful next step. We do not promise that missing historical evidence can be recreated or that analysis alone will increase enrollment.

Not sure which service fits?

Describe the decision you need to make. We can determine whether an existing report, a focused assessment or a separately scoped analysis is the appropriate starting point.
